Ajinkya Rahane was born on 6 June 1988 in Ashwi KD village in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. He belonged to a simple middle-class family that valued discipline, hard work, and education. Later, his family shifted to Dombivli near Mumbai, where Rahane spent most of his childhood.
