Ekam Bawa is supposedly married to Rani Tiwari, whose ex-husband is none other than the actor-politician, Manoj Tiwari. According to him, through his marriage to Rani Tiwari, he is the stepfather of Rhiti Tiwari legally.

According to his claims, Ekam Bawa cohabited with Rani Tiwari and Rhiti Tiwari from 2020 to 2025. Recently, he alleged that he went through severe mental torture during his stay with the family on Instagram reel.
