Madhuri Dixit’s husband, famous surgeon and businessman Dr Shriram Nene, has added a new chapter to his healthcare journey by launching his first book, 21 Days to Good Health. Dr Nene met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and gifted him a copy of the book on October 5.
Dr Nene Highlights Healthcare Awareness
While sharing pictures from the meeting on X, Dr Nene talked about the need to create awareness and accessibility when it comes to healthcare.
“I am honoured to present my first book 21 Days to Good Health to the Honourable Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis,” he wrote.
He also stressed the importance of focussing on health and empowering people with better awareness and easy access to healthcare to help with prevention, early recognition and timely treatment.
Book Focuses On Everyday Wellness
21 Days to Good Health focuses on making healthier living a part of everyday life. The book talks about creating a simple evidence-based 21-day programme based around areas of wellness. Without getting into complicated routines, the book lists simple actionable items that can be done to improve the well-being of the readers.
Emphasis On Preventive Healthcare
Preventive healthcare is a big part of the book. It talks about building awareness, identifying red flags and getting the required medical help at the earliest.
Using everyday practices and increased awareness, the book encourages people to be more proactive about their health and long-term wellbeing.
