New Delhi (India) March 1:The fire broke out at a luxury hotel in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah area at a time when Iran had just launched missile strikes in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) following the joint strikes by the United States (US) and Israel on Saturday. As per the reports, up to four people were injured in the fire.
Some videos are going viral on social media website X showing a huge fire, followed by a large amount of smoke coming out of the fire. The video also shows officials who are present at the scene and handling the situation with the fire.

Four Injured, Blaze Now Under Control: Officials

Dubai Media Office Xed said, "Dubai authorities confirm that an incident occurred in a building in the Palm Jumeirah area. Emergency response teams were deployed immediately and the site has been secured. Dubai Civil Defence has confirmed that the resulting fire is now under control. Four individuals sustained injuries and have been transferred to medical facilities." 

"The safety and wellbeing of residents and visitors remain the highest priority. Authorities continue to take all necessary measures to safeguard the public. The public is urged to remain calm, rely solely on verified information from official sources," it added.

Dubai Airport Shut After Iranian Missile Attack

Following the Iranian missile strikes, Dubai International Airport, which is the world's busiest, has been completely shut down by the authorities.
Official spokespersons were quoted in a statement as saying that the decision was made for the safety of the passengers and that they will keep the public informed once the situation is under control.
"Dubai Airports confirms that all flight operations at Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC) are suspended until further notice. Passengers are advised not to travel to the airport at this time and to contact their respective airlines directly for the latest updates regarding their flights. We appreciate the cooperation of our guests," the statement read.

Burj Khalifa Evacuated Amid Heightened

Dubai has been a very unsafe place for a while now with the government even advising people to stay indoors and be on their guard. Besides that area, the authorities also evacuated the famous Burj Khalifa as a safety measure.
The missile strikes came after the joint US, Israeli attacks on Iran earlier in the day. The Pentagon referred to the attack on Tehran as Operation Epic Fury.
