The Chief of the National Testing Agency Says the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Was Perfect

Why Telegram Was Blocked

Abhishek Singh also talked about why Telegram was blocked for a while. He said some people were using Telegram to spread rumors about the exam papers. These rumors were making the students very nervous. The students were already stressed out about the exam.

He said the National Testing Agency was sure the exam papers were safe. They were in control of everything.

He said some bad people were sending messages to trick students and parents. They were trying to get money from them for exam papers. So, the government blocked Telegram for a while. This was from June 16 to June 22.

Action Against False Information

The Chief of the National Testing Agency said that they will take action against people who spread false information. He said the police are watching these people. If someone tries to cheat students, they will get in trouble.

Abhishek Singh told the students and parents again that the exam was safe. He said there was no possibility of anyone cheating.

Security Measures During the Exam

The NEET UG 2026 re-exam was conducted across India and in 14 other countries. Over 20 lakh students took the exam at 5,440 centers. The exam was conducted in 13 languages.
