Anupam Kher pays tribute to actor Satish Kaushik in a moving Instagram Post!

9th March, Mumbai: In the wee hours of the morning, heartbreaking news came to us. Actor Satish Kaushik, a beloved actor, director, and producer, passed away at the age of 66.

Anupam Kher took to Instagram this morning to pay his respects to the actor and his longtime friend. He posted a picture with Kaushik, captioning it: “I know “death is the last truth of this world!” But I had not thought even in my dreams that I would write this about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. Such a sudden full stop on a friendship of 45 years!! Life will NEVER be the same without you SATISH! Om Shanti! #SatishKaushik #Friend.”

According to a report, Anupam Kher said that when at a friend’s house, Satish felt uneasy and asked his driver to take him home. On the way home, he had a heart attack at around 1 am.

Satish Kaushik was not only a reputable actor but was also a great filmmaker, screenwriter, director and producer. His career-defining roles in movies include Calender in Mr India, and various other roles in hit films like Ram Lakhan, Saajna Chale Sasural, Deewana Mastana, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Tere Naam, and more. Apart from his acting career, Satish was well known for his role as a director in movies like Hum Aapke Hai Kon, Kaagaz, Roop Ki Rani Choro Ka Raja, and many more.
