3rd April, 2023 Mumbai: After a competition that lasted for more than six months, the victor of Indian Idol 13 has been revealed. Rishi Singh has emerged as the winner and will be taking home the winner’s trophy, while Debosmita Roy has been named the first runner-up.
Indian Idol, the popular singing reality show, has been declared the champion of its 13th season. Rishi Singh, hailing from Ayodhya, emerged as the winner after competing against Debosmita Roy from Kolkata. Along with the winner’s trophy, Rishi Singh has also won the grand prize of Rs 25 lakh.
The group of top six participants included Bidipta Chakraborty, Sonakshi Kar, and Debosmita Roy, all from Kolkata, Chirag Kotwal from Jammu and Kashmir, and Shivam Singh from Vadodara.
In his statement after winning the Indian Idol 13 competition, Rishi Singh expressed his disbelief and said that it feels surreal to have won the coveted trophy.
