‘Kushi’ embarked on its theatrical journey on September 1 amidst towering expectations, eliciting a blend of reviews from critics and audiences alike. Following a spectacular opening weekend, the film did experience a noticeable downturn in collections on Monday, September 4. Yet, it has since displayed remarkable stability during the weekdays. As we enter Day 5, September 5, the film is estimated to have added Rs 2 crore net to its Indian collections. The cumulative box office figure now stands at an impressive Rs 39.40 crore net on the domestic front, and on September 5, the film recorded an occupancy rate of 19.47 percent. The lingering question now revolves around whether ‘Kushi’ will regain its weekend fervor.
