9th February, Mumbai: If only the Celebrity Cricket League could get any more starry, it would be with the presence of two gorgeous actresses which upped the celebrity quotient of the league. The recent launch of CCL was attended by Madhoo and Poonam Dhillon and they were looking absolutely ravishing. While Madhoo wore red glittery palazzo ensemble, Poonam shone in a green and metallic gold ensemble. Well, this is not all.
The likes of actor-producer Sohail Khan, producer Boney Kapoor, actor Sunil Shetty, actor Ravie Dubey were spotted. The CCL curtain raiser was recently held at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, and it was surely a rocking affair. The 5-weekend, 19 games tournament, will commence from 18th February 2023. Sponsored by Parle Biscuits, the tournament is back after a span of three years.Salman Khan is the Team Ambassador of Mumbai Heroes and Arya is the Team Ambassador of Chennai Rhinos. South superstar Mohan Lal is the co-owner of Kerala Team, while producer Boney Kapoor owns Bengal Team, Actor Venkatesh is the Co-Owner of Telugu Warriors, and actor-producer Sohail Khan is the Owner of Mumbai Team. The other captains include actor Jisshu Sengupta, who is heading Bengal Tigers, actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh, who is heading Mumbai Hereos, Punjab De Sher captain is actor Sonu Sood, Karnataka Bulldozers will be led by actor Kiccha Sudeep, Bhojpuri Dabanggs has actor Manoj Tiwari as their captain, Telugu Warriors is headed by actor Akhil Akkineni, Kerala Strikers has actor Kunchacko Boban as their captain and actor Vishnu Vishal heads Chennai Rhinos.
