24th May 2023, Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra began her career in Bollywood, but she has since grown to be a global icon and is currently acting in Hollywood films and television shows. She made her debut in Bollywoon with ‘The Hero: Love Story Of A Spy’ in 2003, following her victory at the Miss World pageant in 2000. We have a throwback to when Priyanka recounted a tale about how late choreographer Saroj Khan’s son Raja shouted at the actress on the film set for messing up a dance step as her movie “Andaaz” approached its 20th anniversary.

Priyanka is presently starring in the critically acclaimed and popular Amazon Prime series Citadel, and we adore her badass character, “Nadia,” in it. Speaking of “Andaaz,” the actress had performed around 40 dance takes while filming a romance song with Akshay Kumar in South Africa.

Raja Khan, the son of the late choreographer Saroj Khan, shouted at Priyanka Chopra and threw away his microphone when she couldn’t get it right. PeeCee recounted what Raja said when discussing the subject with HT Brunch, adding, “Just because you’re Miss World, don’t presume you can dance. Learn to accomplish your job before you report for work!”

Recalling it Priyanka Chopra further added, “It taught me the difference between being an amateur and a professional and how essential it is to be prepared. From that experience onward, I’ve been prepped assiduously before going on to any set.”

Today, PeeCee is one of Bollywood’s biggest stars worldwide and has accomplished everything on her own. Many women look up to the actress, and we adore how grounded she still is.
