20th May 2023,Mumbai: Salman Khan has agreed to work with Zee5 on a new movie with an early 2019 release date, and he is now prepared to make his OTT debut.
Without a question, Salman Khan is the biggest celebrity to ever appear in Indian cinema. The actor still maintains a tremendous grasp on his audience after more than three decades in the business, and that hold has only become stronger. He continues to come up with fresh ways to amuse his audience even today. And it appears like the actor is getting ready to start a new trip soon.
Salman Khan commits to a fresh OTT project
Bollywood Salman Khan has committed to a new OTT project for Zee5, according to information only available to Bubble. According to a source familiar with the situation, “OTT platform is growing at a tremendous rate. Salman himself thinks the time is perfect for him to enter the digital space. He will appear in an online television programme that Zee5 will webcast. The agreement has been made, and the project is scheduled to debut at the beginning of 2019. The project will be one of the largest OTT releases to come out of India and will be in line with Salman’s stature.”
The Insider also stated that the project’s other specifics, such as its genre, shooting timetable, and whether it would be a movie or a series, have all being kept under wraps. In 2020, Salman Khan released Radhe, which became his first OTT release. The Jackie Shroff and Disha Patani collaboration was scheduled for a theatrical premiere, but because to the pandemic, it was released on television instead. Salman’s newest endeavour will be his first made-for-OTT production.

Salman began this year with a lengthy appearance as Tiger in the Pathaan movie, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan. He recently had Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan released on Eid. It marked his 4 year hiatus from the big screen at Eid.
