14th September 2023, Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film, “Jawan,” continues to dominate the Indian box office, making waves with its impressive earnings. On its seventh day since release, the action thriller is estimated to have raked in around ₹21.50 crore nett in India. This impressive performance pushed its total business in all languages to ₹366.08 crore in India.

Despite a slight dip in numbers compared to the previous day, “Jawan” shows no signs of slowing down, and it’s expected to break even more records during the upcoming weekend.

The film, directed by Atlee, has been a sensation, setting new benchmarks for Hindi films. It had a stunning extended Week 1 run, with earnings of ₹306.58 crore in India. The film’s box office success is not limited to India; it has also performed exceptionally well on the international stage, entering the ₹600 crore club.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted about “Jawan’s” extraordinary performance, calling it “unprecedented” and “unimaginable.” The film has truly made its mark in the world of Indian cinema.

“Jawan” features a stellar cast, including Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. Deepika Padukone makes a special appearance as Shah Rukh’s mother in the film. Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, and Aaliyah Qureishi portray the six girls on Shah Rukh’s team, while Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, Mukesh Chhabra, Yogi Babu, and Eijaz Khan deliver strong supporting performances.
