18th March, Mumbai: “Sacred Games (season 1)” actor Hitanshu Jinsi has shared his opinion on the reports of a global recession in 2023. He feels that instead of worrying about what’s going to happen, people should continue to give their best in what they are doing now, while also saving up for a secure future.
“Recession affects all industries and all fields. I hope a situation like COVID doesn’t come back and all the industries continue to run the way it is running now. The entertainment industry is one of the biggest industries and it is an important part of people’s lives. So it is very important that it continues to function,” he said.
“There are so many new platforms these days, so there are plenty of opportunities out there, you just need to know your job well. I also feel that people shouldn’t destroy their present thinking about what’s going to happen tomorrow. Having said that, if such news is doing rounds, then people should stop making big investments right now and focus on their savings. One should save some money for the future and work hard. Rest all is up to God,” he added.
He also admitted that with so many opportunities opening up, there is a lot of competition too, but a good actor doesn’t need a competitor to realise that.
“If someone is passionate about anything he will excel in that particular field he doesn’t need a competitor to realise that he needs to work hard. So competition is for those who work for money, not for those who work for pleasure,” Hitanshu ended.
