Bollywood actor Rayya Labib today shot for director Maneesh F Singh’s crossover festival film titled “The 13th Victim” inspired by the true story of a murder in a 7-star hotel.
The short film of 45-minute duration will be screened at film festivals across the world and deals with the murder of a billionaire oil magnate from the Gulf, who was murdered or eliminated by the Israeli secret service Mossad for trying to interrupt the flow of oil from Arab nations to other parts of the world in the late 1990s.

The murder took place in a 7-star-hotel in Los Angeles and sent shock waves in the international community. It was initially suspected to be the handiwork of Iranian terrorists, but was later linked to the Mossad.

Rayya Labib plays the love interest of the oil magnate who is played by a Delhi-based upcoming male actor.

She is seen in a very hot avatar and will don a bikini in the film, Maneesh F Singh said.

While about 25 per cent of the film will be shot in Mumbai, the rest will be shot in Goa, the director informed. A part of the Goa-schedule was completed in November and the balance will be shot next month in North Goa.

Later after the shoot wrapped up, the director and lead actors were spotted at the iconic Souza Lobo restaurant at Calangute beach, dining on some mouth-watering Goan fare, including their trademark chicken xacuti, butter-garlic lobsters and fried jumbo prawns.

Rayya who was in the news recently for her comments on the Tv actor Tunisha Sharma (of Ali Baba fame) suicide case at Vasai on the outskirts of Mumbai, said she really enjoyed the seafood dishes at Goa’s landmark beachside restaurant Souza Lobo.
