Garima Sharma Honored as Best Principal of the Year 2025 with Azaadi Samman by IFF

On the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, the Incentive Foster Foundation (IFF) proudly honored Garima Sharma with the Azaadi Samman 2025 – Best Principal of the Year award. This prestigious national recognition celebrates her exceptional leadership, dedication, and transformative contributions to the field of education.

With over 13 years of experience as a principal and educator, Garima Sharma has consistently fostered an inclusive, nurturing, and excellence-driven learning environment at M.M. Public School. Her approach addresses the holistic development of students — intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social, and physical — ensuring their growth into confident and capable individuals.

Her achievements include numerous accolades from leading academic bodies such as SOF Olympiad, India Spelling Bee, SchoolsIndia, and most recently, the Best Principal Award 2025–26 from the Indian Talent Olympiad. 

Under her guidance, the school has excelled in academics, competitive examinations, environmental initiatives, and community engagement programs.
