Before Messi scored an exciting goal against the Group H opponents, PSG’s big three of Kylian Mbappe, Neymar Jr., and Messi united. The Frenchman found Neymar while Messi was letting Mbappe go, and Neymar helped Messi to curl an exquisite shot into the top corner.
Messi once more demonstrated his value with the wondergoal that gave PSG a 1-1 draw in the UCL match. However, Benfica was rewarded when Danilo Pereira’s touch led to a PSG own goal in the 41st minute of the game. The game finished in a draw since no goals were scored in the second half.
