Chand Mallik’s Achievement

Chand Mallik, a student from Tripura resident of Ramnagar No 2, has made history by securing the first position in NEET-UG 2024. He achieved a perfect score of 720 out of 720. This is the first time a student from Tripura and North East has topped the NEET exam.

Cutoff Increase

The cutoff scores have slightly increased due to more competition. For Unreserved and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories, the cutoff is now between 720 and 164, up from 720 to 137 in 2023.
