Pakistani Tv channel signs on Mumbai-based Turkish-Iranian origin actor Rayya Labib for a Swayamvar show

A popular Pakistani Tv channel ranked among the top three in the nation has signed on Turkish-Iranian origin actor Rayya Labib, who is presently based in Mumbai in India, for a Swayamvar show.

Rayya who is of Turkish-Iranian origin was born and brought up in Assam and then shifted to Mumbai to pursue acting and modeling. Her great-grandparents are of Turkish-Iranian origin.

According to Rayya’s management, she will soon be seen on a reality show where she will choose her life partner and groom. Rayya said if she gets the “man of her liking and choice”, she “wouldn’t mind getting married on-screen”, but in the same vein hinted that after all it’s only a show.

The show is open to participants or competitors from all over the world and eligible males from across the Globe are invited to participate, a channel source explained.

Pre-selection will be done online, while shortlisted contestants or finalists will be flown by the channel to Dubai where the main show will be shot in a special set created within the premises of a starred hotel. Rayya will romance her suitors within the confines of the hotel complex, which will include a lavish swimming pool, lawns and landscaped gardens.

The show will go on air within the next two months and Rayya is already prepping up for it.

While the exact name and title of the Tv reality show is not known or has not been made public by the channel, its working title is Rayya Labib ka Swayamvar, her publicist said.
