Abhay Singh won the silver medal in men’s singles squash at the 2026 Asian Games after reaching the final in Nagoya.

Abhay started strongly against Malaysia’s Ng Eain Yow and stayed close before losing the opening game 9-11.

Ng increased the pressure in the next two games, winning 11-5, 11-5 to complete a straight-games win.

Abhay’s silver is only India’s second Asian Games singles squash silver, after Saurav Ghosal medal.
