What Happened At His Home

Rathee alleged that around 20 people in plain clothes entered his house while he was sleeping on October 10. He claimed they dragged him out of his bedroom and injured him.

In his video statement, Rathee showed his Indian passport and said he was an Indian citizen with the same rights as any other citizen.

Released After Hours Of Detention

Rathee was released around 3 am on October 11. His detention came ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party's planned protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
