A Delhi court has asked CJP co-convener Saurav Das to submit documents proving his residential address in Delhi.
Delhi Police questioned the proof provided by Das, stating that documents such as a rent agreement were missing.
Das’s legal team requested more time to arrange the required documents. The court allowed the defence to submit the proof.
The case is linked to an alleged peace bond violation following a Jantar Mantar protest. The next hearing is scheduled for November 17.
