Smriti Mandhana has become the highest run-scorer in women’s T20 cricket, adding another major record to her career.

She crossed Suzie Bates’ 4,758 runs, reaching the top with 4,765 career T20I runs.

Mandhana scored 37 runs from 19 balls, hitting five fours and two sixes before her dismissal.

Mandhana also became the first Indian woman to hit 100 sixes in T20I cricket during the match.
