How This Terrible Thing Happened
The boy, Shivansh Shailesh Dhut lived in a place called Riddhi Siddhi Apartment in Anand Nagar. The police said this happened on Monday night when Shivansh was playing by himself in the area where he lived. He got into the lift alone. Pressed the buttons which made the lift move. The lift got stuck between floors before it could reach the floor.
The boy got trapped inside the lift. Could not get out. His family started looking for him when he did not come home. They told the police and the fire department about what happened.
What The Fire Department Did To Help
The people who help in emergencies came quickly and opened the lift. They pulled out Shivansh, the boy who was stuck in the lift. Sadly Shivansh had already died.
The people in charge said they will try to find out what caused the death of Shivansh. The police wrote down what happened and started investigating the death of Shivansh.
What The Police Found Out At First
The police checked the lift to see if something was wrong with it. They did not find any problems with the lift.
They are still looking at the papers that show when the lift was last checked and if it was safe for people like Shivansh to use.
A senior police officer said they are looking at everything to understand what happened to Shivansh.
