decades has been about building capacity — more hospitals, more beds, more labs. The next two decades will be about building trust at the individual level. And for us, that trust isn't only a promise — it's tangible innovation: transforming what it actually feels like to get tested and turning every result into a step in someone's journey toward longevity and wellness, not just a report filed away.”
— Dr. (Capt.) Sandeep Sharma, CEO, Healthmap Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.
The Road Ahead: 50 Centres, ₹250 Crore, Five Years
With its first integrated centre soon to go live in Gurugram, TRUtest Diagnostics will roll out four more centres across the Delhi-NCR region in FY26-27, before expanding into the fringe and Tier 2/3 cities that sit at the heart of its mission. Over the next five years, the company plans to build 50 such centres nationally, targeting an overall revenue of ₹250 crore by Year 5 — the same proven PPP and institutional economics that built its scale, now aimed squarely at the cities growing fastest.
TRUtest Diagnostics is not setting out merely to deliver accurate results. It is setting out to build India's most trusted, most accessible, end-to-end diagnostics experience — one that gives every individual, in every pin code, timely insight, a simplified path to care, and greater confidence in managing their health, for life.
Built Different, From Day One
India's diagnostics industry remains strikingly unorganised — listed players together account for barely 10-12% of the market — and even among organised players, most operate lopsided, heavy in either pathology or radiology, rarely both. TRUtest was conceived to break that mould: built from day one on an equal, 50:50 foundation of pathology and radiology, because accurate diagnosis cannot be delivered in isolated fragments.
Built Through Scale and Consolidation
HealthMap Diagnostics began its journey through public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives across Haryana and Jharkhand before expanding organically into pathology and radiology as distinct business verticals. The company's growth accelerated through the strategic acquisitions of Medcis Pathlabs, strengthening its routine pathology capabilities, and iGenetic, enhancing its specialty diagnostics portfolio. These milestones culminated in an NCLT-approved merger in 2023, alongside a significant expansion of its PPP footprint in Maharashtra. Today, HealthMap Diagnostics has established a strong presence across Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Odisha.
