Choreographer Sagar Das gets invited to Attend "Wicked" (The Musical)

For Sagar, witnessing Wicked live was both inspiring and humbling. The grand scale of the production, its powerful performances, and its seamless blend of music, dance, and stagecraft left a lasting impression on him.

Speaking about the experience, Sagar Das shared,
“Watching "Wicked" at NMACC was absolutely magical. The level of precision, storytelling, and choreography was extraordinary. Every movement on stage felt purposeful and emotionally driven. It reminds us why musical theatre is such a powerful art form.”

Sagar also took a moment to appreciate the brilliance of choreographer "Wayne Cilento", whose work he deeply admires.

“Wayne Cilento Sir has a remarkable eye for movement and storytelling. His choreography carries both scale and soul. Artists like him push the boundaries of stage musicals and inspire choreographers like me to dream bigger also the work of director John Stefaniuk is unbeatable & supremely inspirational when it comes to musicals,” Sagar said.

Having recently stepped into the world of musical theatre with Dulha Dulhan Drama (Act), Sagar Das continues to explore new creative horizons. Experiences like attending Wicked only strengthen his vision to bring larger-than-life musical storytelling to audiences across the world.
