How to Use Protein Supplements Correctly

1. Choose the Right Protein

Whey Protein is good to take after we exercise. It helps our muscles recover faster.

2. Take the Correct Protein Dose

We all need amounts of protein.

People who do not exercise much need about 0.8 to 1.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body

weight.

People who exercise a lot need about 1.6 to 2 grams per kilogram.

We should not take much protein. It can be bad for our kidneys and digestive system.

 

3. Timing Matters
