Heatwave Continues To Affect People

Severe heat waves during summers is a major problem for people as it affects the people mentally and physically both. Seeing the condition, IMD issued a Red alert due to severe heat waves in parts of North India including Delhi. The heatwave is likely to continue in many parts. Over the past few days the temperature has been increasing day by day and has reached the maximum of 47.5°C till now which is alarming.

States With Severe Heat Wave Condition To Experience Monsoon Late

Seeing the condition, schools were closed earlier in May. But the situation is getting worse and affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of working people. It has been speculated by the scientists that the regions which are experiencing severe heat waves will therefore experience monsoon a little late.

Humidity Levels Rising

Humidity levels are also rising. Recently the humidity levels have been recorded between 19% and 47%. Delhi is already in the list and has already endured eight straight days of heatwave conditions, with three uncomfortable warm nights.

IMD Issues Orange Alert In North- Eastern Parts Of India

IMD scientist Soma Sen said that the scientists have forecasted that the North-Eastern parts of India like Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Manipur will experience heavy rainfall in next 3-5 days and therefore IMD has issued an Orange Alert in these states. While the North- Western parts of India continue to experience heatwaves.

No Relief To People Living In Northern Parts Of India

The scorching heat shows no signs of relief for the people of North- Western India. They need to suffer more to beat the heat. People of North- Eastern parts should prepare themselves as they are going to experience heavy rainfall and the situation may get worse which can lead to any unforeseen calamity.
