Kanhaiya Kumar Has Assets Worth Rs 10 Lakh, Manoj Tiwari Is The Richest Among The Candidates Of Delhi

Voting is to be held in the capital Delhi on May 25 under the fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, the election affidavit has revealed that Manoj Tiwari, who is contesting from North East Delhi Lok Sabha seat for the third time on BJP ticket, is the richest candidate. He has assets worth Rs 28.05 crore.

According to Manoj Tiwari’s election affidavit, his income is Rs 4.25 lakh. Apart from being an MP, he has said that his sources of income are singing and acting.

According to the income tax return of 2022-2023, BJP candidate from South Delhi Ramveer Singh Bidhuri (71) is the second richest candidate after Manoj Tiwari. His total assets are Rs 21.08 crore. Bidhuri has declared her total income as Rs 14.93 lakh in the election affidavit.

The third richest candidate contesting the Delhi elections is Mahabal Mishra (69), the Aam Aadmi Party candidate from West Delhi seat. He has declared his assets as Rs 19.93 crore in the election affidavit.

How rich is Bansuri Swaraj?

Bansuri Swaraj (40), daughter of former External Affairs Minister late Sushma Swaraj, is a candidate from New Delhi Lok Sabha seat on BJP ticket. According to the election affidavit, his total assets are Rs 19 crore. In this way, he is at fourth place in the list of richest candidates of Delhi.

According to the affidavit of Bansuri Swaraj, she has two luxury cars including Mercedes Benz. He has three flats in two posh areas of Delhi. Swaraj told in her affidavit that her income is Rs 68.28 lakh. He is also a lawyer by profession, having obtained a law degree from London in 2007.

After this, leader Rajkumar Anand, who left Aam Aadmi Party and joined Bahujan Samaj Party, is the fifth richest candidate. His total assets are Rs 17.87 crore. According to the affidavit of Rajkumar Anand, candidate from New Delhi Lok Sabha seat, he has vehicles worth Rs 51 lakh.

How much is Kanhaiya Kumar’s wealth?

Congress’s Kanhaiya Kumar, whose total assets are Rs 10.65 lakh, is contesting against Manoj Tiwari from North East Delhi Lok Sabha seat. He obtained a PhD degree from JNU in 2019.

BJP candidate from West Delhi Lok Sabha seat Kamaljeet Sehrawat has declared her movable assets as Rs 1.30 crore and immovable assets as Rs 27.60 lakh in her election affidavit.

Praveen Khandelwal (64), candidate from Chandni Chowk on BJP ticket, has total assets of Rs 6.62 crore. According to the income tax return of 2022-2023, he has declared his income as Rs 4.56 lakh.

Rajan Singh is the first third gender candidate of Delhi.

At the same time, as the first third gender candidate in the Delhi Lok Sabha elections, Rajan Singh (26) has filed his nomination from South Delhi seat. According to his election affidavit, he has cash worth Rs 1 lakh and his total movable assets are Rs 15.10 lakh, which includes 200 grams of gold and about Rs 10,000 in his bank account. He has not declared any kind of immovable property in the affidavit.
