As part of his campaign for the Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit the temple town of Ayodhya. He will begin his visitation there in January, following the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla in the recently built Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. The roadshow will span approximately two kilometres.Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday night. He will speak at a public gathering in Etawah, a stronghold of the Samajwadi Party (SP), at approximately 2.45 pm, then deliver another rally at Dhaurahra at approximately 4.45 pm.

When Modi gets to Ayodhya later, he will pray and do puja at Ram Mandir at around 7:00 p.m. PM Modi will do a roughly two-kilometer tour in Ayodhya following the darshan of Ram Lalla, who was carefully crowned at his newly built temple in his presence.

Starting at Sugriva Fort, the Ram Path roadshow will travel approximately 2 km to Lata Chowk. Forty blocks comprise the entire route, and participants will include farmers, women dressed in traditional clothes, Sindhis, and Punjabis. Throughout the roadshow, there will be flower showers and cultural events at several locations along the route.The roads and gate number 11 of Ayodhya Ram Mandir have been decorated with flags and flowers. Commandos from the Anti Terror Squad (ATS) are keeping an eye on all the arrangements alongside the police. The airport’s security has also been strengthened.

“Grand preparations are underway ahead of Modi’s visit to Ayodhya for a darshan of Ram Lalla and a roadshow,” stated Acharya Satyendra Das, chief priest of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, prior to the latter’s arrival. Flowers have been used to decorate Ram Lalla Darshan Marg Gate No. 11. Along the route, massive hoardings of the PM have been built. Throughout this section, platforms have been made in anticipation of the PM’s great reception. Additionally outfitted is Ram Lalla Darshan Marg.”

Speaking about the security measures in place for PM Modi’s trip in the holy city, Ayodhya Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Raj Karan Nayyar said that the region has been split up into zones, sectors, and sub-sectors.

The third round of voting is about to begin in Uttar Pradesh. In this phase, which is set on May 7, ten Lok Sabha seats will go to vote. These are Hathras, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etah, Badaun, Bareilly, Aonla, Sambhal, and Fatehpur Sikri. Ayodhya will cast its ballots in the fifth phase on May 20 in the meantime.
