FedStartX Global Services Plans to Recruit Around 300 Indian Delivery Workers in Tashkent

The selected workers will get opportunities to work in the growing delivery sector, including delivery platforms such as Yandex and Uzum.

According to FedStartX Global Services, the company is mainly looking for hardworking and disciplined Indian workers who are ready to work regularly and responsibly in Tashkent.

Workers can earn around USD 600 to USD 800 per month, depending on their working hours, number of deliveries completed, incentives and overall performance. The actual income may be different for each worker based on the work completed.

The main work will include picking up and delivering food, groceries, parcels and other orders to customers across Tashkent.

Workers should know how to use a smartphone, Google Maps or other navigation applications. They should also be ready to follow local traffic rules, safety requirements and delivery instructions.

Previous delivery experience will be helpful. However, candidates without previous delivery experience who are ready to learn, work sincerely and maintain discipline can also apply.

FedStartX Global Services plans to recruit the 300 workers in different batches. Candidates will first go through a screening and selection process. Their documents and eligibility to work in Uzbekistan will also be checked before deployment.

The company said the recruitment is part of its plan to create more international work opportunities for Indian workers and support the growing delivery and logistics sector in Uzbekistan.
