Sidhu Moosewala's father will contest the Lok Sabha elections from Bathinda seat ?

Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh may start his political journey from the Lok Sabha elections. Discussions are going on about his contesting on the Congress ticket. According to the information received, the Congress High Command has convinced them. Recently, Balkaur Singh himself had said about joining politics. Congress can make Balkaur Singh a candidate from Bathinda Lok Sabha seat.

Balkaur Singh is fully prepared for the start of the election campaign. However, Congress or Musewala's family have not yet said anything about it.

Talked about fighting the election for son's justice

Balkaur Singh, father of Sidhu Moosewala, said about coming into politics about 2 months ago. Addressing the people, Balkaur Singh had said that "If we enter politics, people will say that Musewala's father does politics." But there is a difference between a politician and a common man. Chief Minister Beant Singh was bombed and my son was killed with an AK-47. Why don't we also come into politics and try our best to get justice for our son.

Moosewala had lost the election from Mansa

Sidhu Moosewala also contested the 2022 Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections. He was the Congress candidate from the Mansa seat, but lost to the Aam Aadmi Party movement. He was defeated by Aam Aadmi Party candidate Dr Vijay Singla. This was Musewala's first election.

They are angry with the hanging of the case

Musewala's father said that his son's killers are now claiming to be innocent. Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria pleaded in the court that they had no role in the Moosewala's murder. If these people did not kill, then who brutally killed my son? Earlier, Lawrence Bishnoi was taking charge of it. Balkaur Singh says that the case is being deliberately delayed so that the accused do not get punishment.

Demand for action from the Punjab government

Balkaur Singh said - There is only one good and honest MLA in Punjab Govt , who is also a former police officer and talks about justice. However, the people running the government ignore his words too. He said that the gangster who took the life of his son is in police custody wearing black glasses and walking around openly. Instead of punishing these people, the police are engaged in their protection.

The murder took place in May-2022

Sidhu Moosewala was murdered on 29 May 2022 in Jawaharke village of Mansa district of Punjab. His Thar jeep was overtaken on the road and shots were fired. According to the Punjab government, 29 people have been arrested so far in this case while 2 accused were killed in the police encounter. 5 accused have taken refuge in other countries, who are being tried to be brought to India.

Balkaur Singh has said that in the pictures that have come out in the past, the accused have put big tilaks. Gangsters have no religion but to save themselves they are now calling themselves religious. All this killing was pre-planned. Balkaur Singh has alleged that Lawrence is earning Rs 5 crore per month while sitting in jail.
