Mamta Banerjee got injured

Trinamool Congress told everyone about Mamta Banerjee's injury. Later she was admitted to SSKM Hospital in Kolkata. TMC shared photos of the CM on a hospital bed with a deep cut on her forehead and blood on her face. The pictures shown that she is quite majorly injured and she is suffering immense pain. Mamata Banerjee’s brother Kartik Banerjee told a Bengali news channel that the chief minister had a fall inside her Kalighat home after returning from an event in South Kolkata’s Ballygunge . They rushed to the hospital and she was admitted. According to PTI sources, TMC national general secretary and Mamata's nephew Abhishek Banerjee got her admitted to the hospital.

Prime Minister Modi and other politicians shared their concern

Meanwhile Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his concern for the West Bengal CM. “ I pray for a quick recovery and  the best health for Mamta Didi.” Modi shared his concern with a post on X.

Sukanta Majumdar, the state president of Trinamool Congress, conveyed wishes for Banerjee’s quick and fast recovery in a social media post on X. “Wishing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee a speedy recovery. Our prayers are with her for a quick return to good health,” Majumdar stated.

Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin also expressed shock over the incident and wished her a speedy recovery. “Shocked and deeply concerned about the road accident involving Hon’ble chief minister of West Bengal @MamataOfficial didi. My thoughts are with her during this difficult time, and I’m wishing her a speedy recovery,” Stalin said in a post on X.

Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal also shared his concern “Shocked to see this. Pray for ur speedy recovery Didi. God bless u,” Arvind Kejriwal said on X.
