Anil Kapoor is still as versatile as he was thirty years ago. He has worked in the industry for more than four decades and still manages to have the same charm and enthusiasm for his work as an actor. The actor was recently part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, which was the second-biggest hit of the year 2023. He played the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s father in the film. Now he is all ready to gear up for his next release on January 25th, 2024.

Anil Kapoor plays a commanding officer in the movie Fighter. He reveals that in his role as “Rocky,” he is wearing the sunglasses he bought during the press tour of Slum Dog Millionaire back in 2008. Slum Dog Millionaire was an award-winning movie where he had a prominent role, which brought him lots of accolades for his performance. Anil Kapoor is known for many Hollywood projects where he has had important roles. He also starred in Tom Cruise’s “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol” in 2011.
Anil wears the aviators he brought during the press tour of Slum Dog Millionaire
When his look was dropped a few weeks ago, he was seen wearing Aviator glasses. He said in an interview with CNN that these glasses are vintage which he bought during Slum Dog Millionaire’s press tours. He also elaborated on his role in the movie and said that he is a Commanding Officer who treats his team like his own kids. His character is full of love and devotion for his country. He will do anything for his job and his nation. Rocky is full of courage and enthusiasm. The actor also said that Fighter is going to be like a rollercoaster experience for the audience.
About the movie Fighter
Fighter starts Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor in lead roles and is set to release on January 25th,2024. The Republic Day release is by the movie’s patriotic theme. In the teaser, you can hear “Vande Mataram” playing in the background as Hrithik, Deepika, and Anil spring into action as Airforce officers. The movie is surely going to have a massive fan following and will hopefully do justice to the Republic Day release. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand. Deepika and Hrithik’s fans are eagerly waiting for the release as the duo is starring together for the first time on screen.
