Corporate Offices In Haryana Can Now Serve Alcohol

14th May 2023, Mumbai: Here is the Good news for the employees working there!. Corporate houses is soon to having a excess on offering “Low – Content “alcoholic drinks like Beer and wine.

The state government introduced a rule regarding Liquor policy, in which offices have to issued a license (L-10F) to sell the alcoholic drinks in the office. The New policy, made everyone’s happy.

The liquor policy will be started from next month onwards, The Haryana minister has shown the green flag to the Alcohol policy. But there is some terms and conditions that is applied after the policy is made i.e.

The corporate offices which are in state is to be at least 5000 employees and a minimum covered area of 1 lakh square feet in a single premises, which could be either self owned or in leased will be allowed to consume or allowed in office.

This policy have a large significant impact, as in Haryana, Gurgaon there having a India’s largest cooperative offices from the line, and the list of license will be seen in upcoming days.

There must be an canteens or having a individual space of at least two thousand square feet. And there is one more rule, have to pay 10 lakh per annum fee for this policy.

Excise duty of Haryana 2023-2024, also reduces the fee for the pub category for the consumption of beer and wine.

The question is How many company would apply for the license. Companies that have offices in SEZ and in IT park will surely be covered under the policy. The companies whom are going to establish their company in that zone has not get the licensed. Talking about HR, policy, many policy that are not allowing Alcohol in the office premises, they too don’t get the license.

So, the numbers are so less, who are in a row to apply the license. This application for license (L-10F) is same for the bar permits. The New policy also said, The bar area should be a little far away from the other people working there or not a Alcoholic, there should be a separate space or zone for the Liquor.
