7 June 2023, Mumbai: Rakesh Chauhan has been appointed as the new Deputy Managing Director of Viraj Profiles Pvt. Ltd., effective June 1, 2023. Mr. Chauhan, who has more than 30 years of expertise, is currently Viraj Profiles Pvt. Ltd.’s president. He has extensive expertise leading teams in Plant Maintenance, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, and the Automotive, Electronics, and Stainless Steel industries. Since August 2013, he has been affiliated with Viraj Profiles.
He has extensive exposure to the stainless-steel market on a global scale and a proven track record of building relationships with clients from various cultural backgrounds. He is a valuable asset to the organisation because of his knowledge of integrated stainless-steel production, sustainability, and international market trends.
Mr. Neeraj Kochhar, CMD of Viraj Profiles Pvt. Ltd., said at a recent event to announce the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Chauhan to this new position, “Viraj Profiles already exports products to 96 countries, and the team at Viraj should support Mr. Chauhan in taking the company to new heights by creating a wider global outreach.”
