4th July 2023,Mumbai: Bollywood celebs are well renowned for leading opulent lifestyles and maintaining opulent homes. While some people choose to spend their money on large homes, others are anxious to fill their garage with fancy new automobiles. Suhana Khan recently made headlines for purchasing a home in Alibaugh for more than Rs. 12 crore. Recently, it has also been claimed that Ajay Devgn bought a brand-new home in Mumbai’s Andheri West neighbourhood for crores. Ajay Devgan’s brand-new office space is reportedly valued Rs 45 crores, however the actor has not yet acknowledged the information. The first apartment, which costs Rs 30.35 crore, is on the 16th level of Mumbai’s Oshiwara Signature Building. The area used for official purposes is 13,293 square feet in size and has an 8,405 square feet built-up area. The stamp duty, signed by Ajay Devgan is Rs 1.82 crore.
According to reports, his office’s second apartment, worth Rs 14.74 crore, is located on the 17th level. This property has a built-up area of approximately 4,893 square feet. Ajay Devgan had to sign a stamp duty for Rs 88.44 lakh in order to make the transaction. According to sources, both properties were registered on April 19 itself using Vishal Virender Devgan, Ajay Devgan’s birth name.
Days after Kajol paid Rs 16.5 crore for a home in Mumbai, rumours that Ajay Devgn had purchased the large office space started to circulate.
Ajay Devgn was most recently spotted in the movie Bholaa, which also starred Deepak Dobriyal and Tabu. He will work with director Rohit Shetty once more on the much anticipated Singham 3. Following the huge success of Drishyam 2, Ajay Devgn and Panorama Studios will team up once more for a Vikas Bahl-directed supernatural thriller. Pre-production is going underway for the movie. Fans and critics alike gave Drishyam 2, the Hindi version of the Malayalam movie of the same name, excellent reviews. In the movie, a follow-up to the murder mystery Drishyam, Tabu, Shriya Saran, and Ishita Dutta also starred.
