However, it is her firm stance on maintaining a no kissing scene policy that has sparked discussions and admiration within the industry and among her vast fan following.

Jannat Zubair, the daughter of an actor and a homemaker, has always been candid about her life, sharing little tidbits on her social media platforms. Recently, she shed light on her decision to uphold a no kissing scene policy, which she elaborated on during an interview with a news portal. Reflecting on her experience working on the television show “Tu Aashiqui,” Jannat expressed how she had established this policy from the beginning.

“I had a no kissing scene policy from the beginning. How would I have done it then? Papa told me not to do kissing scenes in shows. I was only 16-17 years old then. In such a situation, it was very difficult for me to break my principles and do something which is uncomfortable for me,” Jannat revealed.

When she publicly shared her no kissing scene policy, Jannat was overwhelmed by the support she received from her fans and the industry. She received no negative comments, further reinforcing her belief in the importance of staying true to her values. “I don’t regret my or my father’s decision,” she affirmed.

Opening up about her journey in the entertainment industry, Jannat shared the challenges she faced in the early years and the unwavering support she received from her father. She recounted instances where she struggled to perform and would return home, but her father’s belief in her talent never wavered.

“I couldn’t perform and came back home. This went on for two years, but my father didn’t give up on me. It took me a while to adjust to the camera and the surroundings, but I did,” Jannat revealed, highlighting the persistence and determination that guided her through those trying times.

Acknowledging her young age during those formative years, Jannat emphasised that she holds no blame towards herself or her father for the challenges she faced. “I was very young at that time. I was a 6-year-old girl. Naturally, it took me time to adapt to the set, the camera, and the surrounding environment. For me, everything was new, wasn’t it?” she remarked, shedding light on the complexities of entering the entertainment industry at such a tender age.
