The film, helmed by Atlee and featuring an ensemble cast including Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, made its worldwide debut in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Breaking down the numbers, on its opening day, Jawan made a remarkable ₹75 crore in total collections (₹65.5 crore in Hindi, ₹5.5 crore in Tamil, and ₹4 crore in Telugu). The momentum didn’t wane on day two, as the film earned ₹53.23 crore (₹46.23 crore in Hindi, ₹3.87 crore in Tamil, and ₹3.13 crore in Telugu).

However, it was on Saturday, day three, that Jawan truly showcased its box office prowess, earning ₹74.5 crore (₹66 crore in Hindi, ₹5 crore in Tamil, and ₹3.5 crore in Telugu). The film’s global appeal is equally noteworthy, with Jawan raking in ₹240.47 crore in worldwide gross box office collections in just two days. Red Chillies Entertainment, the film’s production house, proudly declared this achievement on its social media platforms. The movie’s journey began with a staggering ₹129.6 crore in worldwide gross collections on its opening day, securing its place as the biggest opening day in the history of Hindi cinema on a global scale. The following day, it continued to impress, adding ₹110.87 crore to its worldwide gross total.
