19th June 2023, Mumbai: In the Indian film industry, Karan Johar is commemorating his 25th year as a director with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. His career began with the Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Rani Mukerji-starring 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and he is currently preparing for a 2023 family drama starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. To commemorate Karan Johar’s 25-year career, Shah Rukh Khan will release the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahanii teaser.
“Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar get along well, so it’s wonderful of him to support the teaser’s internet rollout. He has always supported Karan, and the reverse is also true. In reality, SRK also had a brief appearance in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Karan’s final film. SRK responded immediately when Karan asked him to be the dignitary for the teaser premiere,” according to a person familiar with the situation. After Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, My Name Is Khan, Student Of The Year, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is Karan’s seventh film to be directed.
It is his second work with Alia and his first as a director with Ranveer Singh. It’s interesting to note that the movie represents the first time working with Dharmendra on a Dharma Productions production. On July 28, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani will be shown in theatres all over the world. On June 20, the teaser will be released, followed by a song and the main trailer in July. “The group has created a focused 40-day campaign for the movie and is now prepared to release their major assets on the online globe.
Along with the impressive ensemble cast, the music is regarded as one of Rocky And Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’s major highlights. Speaking of the 1 minute and 16 second teaser, it offers a look at the lavish universe of the movie and features the graphics, star cast, and a soulful soundtrack. It will get the audience ready for a larger-than-life world of families and has the feel of a big Karan Johar musical love story.
