The Pitch

The dynamic duo behind the venture revealed that they established their company during their first year of college, driven by a passion to offer premium flavours to consumers. Seeking Rs 35 lakh investment in exchange for 4% equity, they presented their business model with confidence and enthusiasm.

Shark Negotiations

Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, and Namita Thapar, intrigued by the product, engaged in negotiations with the pitchers. Anupam offered Rs 35 lakh but demanded 7% equity, a proposition matched by Namita and Ritesh. Eventually, Aman and Anupam formed an alliance, presenting the young entrepreneurs with a compelling offer.

Unity Among Sharks

Despite the pitchers’ plea for unity among all four sharks, Anupam imposed a deadline and insisted on an exclusive partnership with Aman. Determined to secure a deal, the entrepreneurs compromised, agreeing to reduce the equity stake to 6%. The sharks unanimously accepted the revised terms, ultimately aligning with Anupam and Aman.

Season three of Shark Tank India, which premiered on January 22, 2024, has witnessed the return of esteemed sharks from previous seasons, including Vineeta Singh, Peyush Bansal, Aman Gupta, and Namita Thapar.
