15th May 2023,Mumbai: Adah Sharma, the star of The Kerala Story, has spoken candidly about how she worries about her future in every movie. She is happy to have a nice opportunity.
Adah Sharma, an actress whose most recent film The Kerala Story joined the 100 crore club, said she always fears “that it will be my last” when working on a project. Adah said in a recent interview that she is unsure of if she would “get another chance.” Adah reflected on the past and revealed that she had once questioned whether she required a reincarnation like Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om in order to receive such a chance in this life.
The Kerala Story, which debuted on May 5 and quickly became a domestic box office hit. According to the film’s production company, Sunshine Pictures, the movie has made 112.99 crore in nine days after its debut in India. On Saturday, the movie made 19.5 crore rupees. The Hindi film, which was directed by Sudipto Sen and starred Adah, was released on May 12 in 37 nations.
“Every film I do, I think it will be my last,” Adah stated in an interview with the news agency ANI. “I don’t know if I’ll get another chance, and I don’t know whether anyone would still believe in me. But I believe that the audience’s expectations for me were always higher.”
Adah should have had this function or that, for example, “they would always say.All those dreams, in my opinion, have come true. I’m very fortunate. My fantasies were always modest, such as wanting to play with an elephant or a dog. I wanted to play good roles, but I had no idea how many would come my way.”
“When we started making this film, we had the idea that it was to raise awareness among girls,” she continued. “I’m really happy that so many people are viewing it right now because that means they are aware of the real tale and the hidden events. You constantly want people to witness your job as an actor. I’m grateful I had the opportunity.To receive such a chance in this life, I used to wonder if I would need to be reborn like Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om. But now that I have this, I’m overjoyed that viewers are enjoying the movie so much.”
The Kerala Story, a production of Vipul Shah, purports to tell the story of Keralan women who were coerced into joining ISIS and forced to convert. Following the publication of the movie’s trailer, a fight broke out. West Bengal has outlawed the movie, while Tamil Nadu multiplexes have ceased showing it due to the law and order situation. It is now exempt from taxes in areas like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
