Bade Achhe Lagte hain star Sumona Chakravarti Wins first award for her Performance on The Kapil Sharma show. More than a decade, Sumona Chakravarti has been entertaining the audiences with the various characters in the show. The actress has been one of the oldest on-screen co-star of Kapil Sharma.
Sumona Chakravarti Shared Heartfelt Note For Winning The Award
Actress Sumona Chakravarti took to her Instagram handle where she wrote a heartfelt message for winning her first award for the performance on the Kapil Sharma show. She penned a note saying this has been her first award in 17 years of acting.
Sumona wrote, “I WON AN AWARD LAST NIGHT. Best Actor Female Comedy (JURY) for The Kapil Sharma Show. My first win, my first ever since I started acting 17 years ago. Jo bhi kaho we’re all suckers for accolades & recognition. When you hear your name & your heart skips a beat & then it starts racing while walking up to the stage & then you receive the award & then- boom blank…. I think for a whole 5-7 seconds there was pin-drop silence at the venue because it was expected of me to speak; instead, I shared a quick moment admiring the award & feeling the “feeling”. Oh, I did speak after 5 seconds, lol.Thank you to The Kapil Sharma Show, the entire cast & crew.”
