Envision Energy partners with IITB-Monash Research Academy for Doctoral Research

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 15: Envision Energy India, a global leader in green energy technologies, is proud to announce its partnership with IITB-Monash Research Academy for innovation & research in Cybersecurity & Grid Stability. This collaboration combines the strengths of IIT Bombay and Monash University with Envision Energy’s expertise in renewable energy systems, AI-based energy management and decarbonization technologies. This is a crucial step for India as we strive to achieve the ambitious target of 500 GW of renewable energy set by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi.

As part of this partnership, Envision Energy will sponsor Doctoral Research over the period of four years for two scholars. The research topics identified by Envision’s Chief Technology Officer PR Gopan are key challenges faced by fast growing renewable energy sector in India. The 5-step stringent admission process by the Academy is being used to shortlist two scholars who work with Faculty at IIT Bombay & Monash Research Academy in Melbourne along with field work at Envision Energy India.

The agreement was signed by Envision Energy India’s MD RPV Prasad and IITB-Monash Research Academy, CEO MS Unnikrishnan. Aiming to develop innovative solutions aligned with Envision’s goal of advancing sustainable energy, the research is expected to contribute to potential patentable technologies that will benefit the academic community & Envision’s business operations.
