During covid as too many people had left their job and even he was facing a lot of consequences with his professional life of 9-5, payment and work was an issue. There were people who were going back to their home town as there were no jobs no money to feed their families. Rishi thought to come up with something which can create employment to the labors.
He started with his own Interior Design brand, Design Alchemy By Rishi Vishwakarma. A young entrepreneur as he came up with this solution when he was 24.
In such business getting your first client is really important. He came across Mr. Pratik Thakkar his first client. He had shown a lot of trust in him and also motivated him to design his home. His 1st project is one of the biggest project till date.
Now was the time which pushed him to get a good office space and a small set of team. Then he simultaneously started working on it. He set up his office and started hiring for a back end team. All his savings was up on this. A very big risk was his first step into the world of competitive business.
Yes! We have got good players in the world of design as it’s a skill based job. His Dad and his Elder Brother Mr. Shashi Vishwakarma stood by him at that time. Then he got a good exposure in commercials too as he also worked for Dr. Monica Jacob. He designed her clinic in the most aesthetic way. Over the period of time the business world has shown him a lot of ups and down
But he never failed to move forward. A good profit and a good loss was a part of his life but he learnt and groomed himself accordingly.
He has come a long way so far but he has shown a lot of improvement. Currently he’s doing 7-8 projects in a months with good clientele and aiming for more. He believes in having a good team and supportive brother aside has helped him come so far and makes him more richer in the business. Having a massive respect for each and every labor is his mantra because they are they ones who initiate their designs and are their helping hands.
