Tata group is one of the oldest companies of India which has its own legacy. From being instrumental in development of India by various means to still contributing in the empowerment of the poor sections of the society. From Jameshdji Tata in early 20th century to Ratan Tata today, there have been various successors at the highest position who have only grown the company further.

Ratan Tata has been a very influential figure for our country from quite a time and today when he turns 86, we must look into his evergreen life as a whole which is nothing sort of motivating.

Ratan Tata didn’t join the company directly as the chief or at the highest of positions, but actually he first worked in the company as a normal employee and through time, he gained experience of how the employees work at his company and what problems they may go through at the company. This helped him know the daily life of his employees and how he can better their life at work.

Ratan Tata is also famous for donating 80% of his annual income towards charity thus he is constantly involved in upbringing of the society.

He is still unmarried but it is believed that at certain point he was going to marry but due to some unsaid problems he wasn’t able to.

Ratan Tata is also the longest serving chairperson of Tata Groups and it is the major difficulty for Tata groups that how will they replace him.
