Gunshots Heard
Two unidentified persons opened fire outside the house of actor Salman Khan in Mumbai’s Bandra at around 5am on Sunday, police said. According to police officials, three rounds were fired. Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch reached the spot for investigation soon after. A team of forensic science experts also reached the site, the police said. In March last year, an e-mail threatening Khan was received at his office following which the Mumbai Police registered an FIR against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar.

As per the Hindustan Times,”Today at around 5 am, two unidentified people opened fire outside the house of actor Salman Khan in Bandra. Police have received information about 3 rounds of firing. Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch has reached the spot for investigation,” Mumbai police was quoted as saying by ANI.
“The security has been beefed up outside the actor’s residence at Galaxy apartments, and a forensic team is also present at the spot. We are checking the CCTV footage from the area and the surrounding locality to identify the accused,” the police added. More details are awaited in connection with the incident.
Security Tightened

He was granted Y+ security after he reportedly received a death threat from the Bishnoi Gang.
Back in April, when he received the threat, Salman said on Aap Ki Adalat, “I am going everywhere with full security. I know whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what you do. I believe that (refers to God) that he is there. It is not that I will start roaming freely, it is not like that. Now there are so many Shera’s around me, so many guns are going around with me that I am myself scared these days.”

Salman Khan was last seen in the film “Kisi ka Bhai, Kisi ki Jaan.” The actor on this Eid, 11th April, 2024 announced that his next film would be releasing next Eid 2025. The film is Sikander. Fans were delighted by this news.
