NIA moves to the High Court
The NIA is approaching the Calcutta High Court in connection with the attack on officials in Bhupatinagar. Justice Joy Sengupta has allowed the case to be filed. Hearing at 2:30 p.m. A report has already been submitted to the Election Commission by the East Medinipur District Police. The report mentioned that the NIA was attacked in Bhupatinagar.
