On March 23, a car with UP number rammed into the convoy of Home Minister Amit Shah, a few steps away from the Prime Minister’s residence in Chanakyapuri. After this, the security agencies present there were shocked. In the incident, CRPF constable Kashi Singh, who was on duty there while drinking water, was seriously injured. At that time he was standing between two escort vehicles.
The driver was caught from the spot. Then the Intelligence Bureau and the Special Cell conducted a joint interrogation. After that the car driver was arrested. He has been identified as 42-year-old Anurag Dong, resident of Gurugram Sector 69. Kashi Singh was admitted to RML Hospital for treatment.
CRPF constable was injured
According to the police officer, Kashi Singh is working at CRPF Group Center in Noida. He was on security duty as the Home Minister. He was on duty around 3:00 pm on March 23. At that time, he was standing between two escort vehicles and was drinking water while standing. Then a speeding car with UP number came from Safdarjung Road and entered the convoy and hit the constable. Kashi Singh was seriously injured in this.
Police are investigating this incident of lapse in security of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. However, no information has been revealed yet as to whose white colored car it was and what was the reason behind it entering the middle of the convoy.
Major Security lapse
A case of major security lapse has come to light during the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Tripura . Union Home Minister Amit Shah had reached Agartala on Wednesday to attend the swearing- in ceremony of the new government of the state. While leaving the State Guest House in Agartala, a white colored car suddenly entered his convoy. The car which was trying to enter the convoy was initially stopped by the police personnel but the car moved ahead at a fast pace.
According to an NDTV report, the officers were shocked to see the white car entering the convoy. When the car entered the convoy, Shah’s car had gone ahead but the rest of the vehicles in the convoy were behind. Seeing the car going in the convoy, the other vehicles stopped for a few seconds. By then the white colored car had gone far ahead. Not much information has been revealed yet about the car. Information regarding whose car it was and who was driving it has not been revealed yet.
Amit Shah was in Tripura for a ceremony
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who attended the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in Tripura, also met former royal monarch Manikya Debbarma and discussed the alliance. After this he also held a meeting with Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha. Manik Saha has become the CM of Tripura for the second time. Regarding the incident, Tripura Police has said that it is investigating it.
