Delhi minister Atishi said that a huge political conspiracy is being planned against the Arvind Kejriwal government and a conspiracy is going on to impose President’s rule in Delhi. She has also expressed objection to the letters written by the Lieutenant Governor to the Home Ministry.

Attacked the Central Government

Attacking the central government, Atishi said that we have received information from reliable sources that the BJP ruled central government is going to impose President’s rule in Delhi in the coming days. Atishi has expressed objection to the letter written by the Lieutenant Governor to the MHA.

‘There is a big conspiracy going on to topple the government’

She also said that the private secretary of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been dismissed by taking up an old case. This is a big conspiracy to topple the Arvind Kejriwal government.

Atishi added that Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested by the BJP ruled Center and ED after implicating him in a fake case. BJP people cannot win the elections in Delhi, hence they want to topple the elected Arvind Kejriwal government.

‘Imposition of President’s rule is illegal’

Atishi claimed that BJP will never be able to implement schemes like the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi. Every woman in Delhi is going to get Rs 1000 every month, BJP people have a problem with this. This political conspiracy is being hatched to stop this plan. Imposing the President’s rule in Delhi would be illegal.

AAP should have majority: Atishi

AAP has proved its majority in Delhi Assembly on 17th February, when the party in power has majority then President’s rule cannot be ordered. Arvind Kejriwal has an overwhelming majority in the Delhi Assembly. If BJP imposed President’s rule in Delhi, it would be illegal. She stressed that you have to see that transfer posting of officers in key departments has been stopped for several months.

LG is writing a letter to MHA in a baseless manner, it is an indication that a conspiracy is going on to topple the Delhi government, they want to show that there is a constitutional crisis in Delhi. We will go to court against this also.

Kejriwal is in Tihar jail

Let us tell you that Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 in a money laundering case related to the Excise policy case and he remained in custody for 10 days. After the Enforcement Directorate’s custody ended, he was produced in the court of Special Judge Kaveri Baweja yesterday. The court has sent Kejriwal to judicial custody for 15 days. Kejriwal is currently in Tihar jail. He was brought to Tihar Jail and kept in jail number 2. Atishi is also expected to get a notice from the Enforcement Directorate soon. Earlier she even claimed that four other AAP’s leaders were about to get detained by the ED and CBI.
