Tragic Triple Murder in South Delhi: Aspiring Boxer Kills Family Members
20-Year-Old Arjun Tanwar Confesses to Brutally Killing His Father, Mother, and Sister in South Delhi

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 7: A shocking triple murder has rocked the community in Neb Sarai, South Delhi, where 20-year-old Arjun Tanwar is accused of brutally killing his father, Rajesh, mother, Komal, and sister, Kavita, in their home. The details of the crime are chilling which left those who knew Arjun in complete disbelief.
Arjun was known as a quiet and introverted young man who led a disciplined life, focusing on gym workouts, boxing, and running. His neighbors and former teachers described him as a reserved individual who showed no signs of trouble with his family. "We didn't know of any tensions between the father and son," said Gaurav, a former teacher.
Despite his sister Kavita excelling academically, Arjun had the full support of his father, including a high-end motorcycle and help with his diet and exercise.
Although there was no obvious reason for Arjun's actions, there were some troubling signs. Neighbors recalled moments of tension between him and his sister. One neighbor said, “He would sometimes threaten to kill her during arguments, but we thought he was joking.” However, this would later become a disturbing reality.
Investigations revealed that Arjun had been searching for murder-related content and poisoning methods in the days leading up to the killings. Police also found that he had stolen his father's Army knife the day before the crime. According to police, Arjun first attacked his sister, Kavita, when she resisted and bit his hand. He then slit her throat.
The Murders
Arjun's violent actions escalated after he killed his sister. He then turned on his father, Rajesh and attacked him while he was asleep by stabbing him in the head. Next, his mother, Komal, who had just stepped out to the bathroom, became his target. As she came back, Arjun surprised her by cutting her throat partially before finishing the terrible act.
Later, the police discovered the knife and blood-stained clothes that Arjun had thrown away during his morning walk. Blood evidence found in different areas of the house confirmed that he was involved in these horrific murders.
Arjun Had No Regrets
A neighbor who saw Arjun being taken back to the scene of the crime mentioned that he showed no signs of regret for what he had done. “He didn’t look sorry at all,” the neighbor remarked, pointing out how unsettling the situation was.
This shocking event has left the community in shock, with many people trying to figure out how a usually quiet and well-behaved young man could commit such a terrible crime.
